1. Service Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for completed services, as beauty and makeover services are subjective and depend on individual preferences.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

- Refunds for prepaid services will only be issued if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

- If you purchase beauty products from us, refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Used or opened products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
